Information we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, brand or website if supplied, and message. If you contact us another way, we receive the information included in that communication.

When you choose to schedule a call, Calendly collects the information you provide through its booking flow, such as your name, email address, selected time, time zone, and answers to booking questions. The Calendly scheduling window loads only after you select a booking link.

Our hosting and analytics providers may also process limited technical information generated when you visit the site, such as the page viewed, referring page, browser or device type, and request information needed to operate, secure, and understand use of the site.

To decide whether an analytics consent request is required, Vercel provides a country-level location code derived from the request to our site. We use that code only to make the consent decision and do not store it through this feature.

How we use information

We use information to:

• respond to your inquiry and determine whether Mirow may be a fit;
• communicate about a potential or existing business relationship;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website; and
• comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use contact-form submissions to serve third-party targeted ads.

Service providers

We use service providers that process information on our behalf and under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments:

• Vercel hosts the site and provides Web Analytics, which gives us aggregate information about site traffic and performance.
• Resend processes contact-form submissions to deliver them to our business inbox.
• Google Analytics measures site traffic, attribution, and interactions. It may set first-party _ga cookies when analytics is active. We keep Google advertising storage, advertising user data, personalization, and Google signals disabled. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Google reCAPTCHA processes relevant interaction and device signals to help protect the contact form through security, fraud, and abuse prevention.
• Microsoft Clarity provides behavioral analytics, heatmaps, and session replay so we can troubleshoot and improve the site. Clarity processes technical and interaction data such as page views, clicks, scrolls, navigation, and browser or device information. Contact-form fields are masked. When analytics is active, Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies; advertising storage remains disabled. Learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
• Instantly visitor identification helps us understand which businesses visit the site and measure outreach and website engagement. It loads only when optional analytics are active and may process technical, device, navigation, and business-identification signals.
• Calendly provides appointment scheduling and processes the information you submit when booking a call. You can review Calendly’s privacy notice.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the safety or rights of Mirow, SL Growth LLC, or others, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the business.

Retention

We keep inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or de-identify it where practical.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to restrict or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Instantly visitor identification do not load until analytics is allowed. Outside those regions, they may load by default. If we cannot determine the region, we ask first. You can decline or update your choice at any time using “privacy choices” in the footer. A saved decline prevents those optional analytics tools from loading and clears their related first-party cookies where practical. Google advertising storage, advertising user data, and personalization remain disabled everywhere.

To make a request, use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before completing it. You may also use the form to ask questions or raise a concern about how we handle information.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date above. Material changes may be communicated in another appropriate way.
